Head of Human Capital

About the role

Dirah Development is seeking a strategic leader to head its Human Capital function. The role will shape the workforce strategy, drive talent development, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Human Capital areas including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Organizational Development.
• Design and implement human capital strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and maintain robust HR policies and governance frameworks.
• Manage employer branding, recruitment and talent retention programs.
• Direct the governance and optimisation of HC platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and HRIS solutions.
• Provide senior leadership with workforce analytics, organisational insights and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and employee relations.
