About the role

Noon is building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia and needs a measurement‑obsessed leader to define, track, and validate learning outcomes across its platform. This senior position will shape assessment frameworks that are rigorous, adaptive, and AI‑driven, ensuring real learning gains for thousands of students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the assessment strategy for all product lines.
• Partner with AI and product teams to create adaptive, data‑driven evaluation systems.
• Define learning outcome metrics and translate them into actionable platform insights.
• Stay current with psychometrics, competency‑based assessment, and AI‑powered feedback mechanisms.
• Gather and act on student feedback to continuously improve the learning ecosystem.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in learning assessment, psychometrics, or educational measurement.
• Experience working in fast‑moving AI product environments.
• Evidence‑first mindset with a bias toward data over assumptions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of psychometric methods and competency‑based assessment.
• Understanding of AI integration in educational products.
