Head of Legal Compliance

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Head of Legal Compliance. This senior position will be based in Riyadh and will serve as the strategic legal advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the business operates within all regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the legal function and act as a strategic advisor to senior management.
• Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, statutory obligations, and business activities.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex contracts, transactions, and agreements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and compliance risks with practical recommendations.
• Manage significant disputes, litigation, investigations, and legal projects.
• Advise on regulatory licensing, employment law, and other key legal issues.
• Develop and supervise junior legal professionals and legal resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience leading legal teams and managing complex legal matters.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory requirements.
• Available for face‑to‑face interviews in Riyadh.
