Head of Project Management Office (PMO)

About the role

CoorB is seeking a senior leader to head its Project Management Office. The PMO Head will drive the delivery of innovative finance‑industry solutions, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive board to present project priorities, action items, and progress updates.
• Align project goals with the company’s long‑term strategy and report on performance.
• Develop and maintain an automated tracking system using MS Power Platform to monitor KPIs for over 60 projects.
• Oversee the adoption of Agile practices across all initiatives and mentor a team of Agile Ambassadors.
• Ensure consistent application of project‑management methodologies and conduct regular audits.
• Organize knowledge‑sharing sessions and support recruitment of new project‑management talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a PMO or similar function in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Track record of implementing process improvements and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
