Head of Recovery

About the role

Finecure Collection Solutions Company is seeking a Head of Recovery to lead its end‑to‑end recovery operations from its Jeddah office. This senior, full‑time position will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure compliance while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Design, optimize and oversee recovery workflows across all client portfolios.
• Leverage analytics and AI‑enabled decisioning tools to improve recovery rates and portfolio health.
• Set performance targets, monitor portfolio metrics, and report outcomes to senior management.
• Ensure governance, risk controls and regulatory compliance are embedded in all recovery activities.
• Collaborate with client relationship teams, technology partners and regulators to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Mentor, coach and develop high‑performing recovery teams.
• Manage departmental budgets and drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in recovery, collections, credit risk or receivables management, preferably within financial services.
• Strong track record of building and managing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field.

Required skills

• Portfolio analytics and performance tracking.
• Implementation of technology‑enabled recovery strategies, including workflow automation and AI‑enabled decisioning.
• Design and enforcement of governance frameworks and compliance standards.
