Health Club Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Health Club Receptionist to join the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh. In this front‑desk position you will be the first point of contact for guests using the health club, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide tours for new members and re‑orient returning guests.
• Handle all bookings for health‑club treatments and services.
• Explain the range of services and holistic concepts offered by the club.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions, including retail sales.
• Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a clean and hygienic work area.
• Follow corporate policies, SOPs and the MOHG Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of current health‑club and wellness trends.
• Ability to interact respectfully with all levels of management and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering a warm, friendly welcome to every guest.

Required skills

• Operation of POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
