Health Representative

About the role

The Health Representative will promote Pfizer’s hospital‑category products across the Eastern Zone, building relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other key healthcare professionals. This field‑based position focuses on increasing product awareness, market share and ensuring proper product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Visit physicians and healthcare professionals to discuss disease management using Pfizer products.
• Distribute product samples, marketing literature, and clinical trial information.
• Gather feedback from HCPs, including KOLs, and relay insights to sales and marketing teams.
• Provide approved product information on usage, dosage, and side effects.
• Support formulary inclusion efforts for institutions.
• Monitor stock, consumption and ordering processes, especially in government and institutional settings.
• Participate in community awareness programs, seminars, exhibitions and AV activities.
• Report visits and activities using MI and attend regular sales meetings.
• Prepare short‑term POA for the territory and update customer lists based on segmentation.
• Manage customer communications via email and phone, and execute marketing and medical events.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the direction of a Sales Manager while being fully responsible for territory results.
• Experience in managing budget targets and achieving sales metrics (e.g., % GR, % MS, EV).
• Strong relationship‑building skills with physicians, pharmacists and other HCPs.
• Capability to collect and report market feedback, threats and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned zone and attend regular meetings.
