Health & Safety Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Health & Safety Manager to lead our safety program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing, implementing and continuously improving health and safety policies that meet Saudi labour regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies, procedures and programs aligned with local and global standards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses across all work areas and recommend control measures.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, determine root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate health and safety documentation, records and reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
• Organise and deliver safety training programmes for employees at all levels.
• Perform compliance inspections and safety audits to ensure ongoing adherence to regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in large infrastructure or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour regulations and international occupational health and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety excellence.
