Home Care Nurse

About the role

The Home Care Nurse delivers professional nursing services directly in patients’ residences, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care. Working as part of Taib’s Medical Operations – Home Care team, you will assess health conditions, implement care plans and support patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, monitor and document patients’ health status during home visits.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care and other prescribed treatments.
• Develop and execute individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on disease management, medication use and preventive care.
• Identify changes in condition and promptly report to the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control, safety and CBAHI regulations.
• Offer emotional support and promote patient comfort and well‑being.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma.
• Valid classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Prior experience in home health care.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
