About the role
Join Swissôtel Al Maqam, a five‑star hotel in the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex near the Holy Mosque, as a Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a professional and friendly greeting while supporting the food and beverage outlet.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting and provide engaging service.
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, service standards, and safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain composure under pressure, focusing on guest needs with courtesy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support the Assistant Outlet Manager.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative work style.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
