Housekeeping Attendant – Tamayyaz Program (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join Swissôtel Al Maqam in Makkah as part of the Tamayyaz program, which is open exclusively to Saudi nationals. The role involves delivering professional and friendly service to guests while maintaining the high standards of our five‑star property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Clean assigned guestrooms, including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen, retrieving clean linen, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside‑window cleaning, and replenishing supplies.
• Sign in and out master keys daily and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Update and record all cleaned rooms in the system.
• Return and properly tag lost‑and‑found articles in the Housekeeping Office.
• Report any maintenance items and follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Required profile

• Saudi national eligible for the Tamayyaz program.
• Little to no work experience; fresh graduates or up to six months of relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong passion for the hospitality field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who proactively assists co‑workers.
• Flexible to work varied roster based on departmental needs.
• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs.
