Host/Hostess – Guest Service Role

About the role

The Host/Hostess welcomes guests, manages seating, and ensures a smooth dining experience in a busy hotel restaurant. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to appropriate tables.
• Arrange chairs, place clean menus, and set tables with napkins, silverware, and other standard items.
• Monitor dining room for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Ensure menus are current, clean, and plentiful.
• Follow company safety policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and assist guests as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Saudi nationality (as indicated in the title).
