About the role
We are looking for a Saudi national to join the Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center as a Host/Hostess, providing a warm welcome and seamless service to restaurant guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables and present menus.
- Take reservations, manage seating plans and communicate wait times.
- Provide food and drink recommendations, inform guests about specials and promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and dining area, assisting with table set‑up and clearing.
- Collaborate with the bar manager and F&B team to accommodate special requests.
- Assist in training new hosts/hostesses and support staff.
Required profile
- Saudi national with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑service oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
