Hotel Accountant – Jeddah

About the role

Alhuraish Trading is seeking a full‑time Hotel Accountant to join its Jeddah hotel operations. The role focuses on accurate daily financial processing, reporting, and supporting month‑end close activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily hotel revenues, expenses and payments in the accounting system.
• Prepare and review daily income reports and reconcile cash and bank accounts.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable specific to hotel operations.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial statement preparation and audit support.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to provide financial insights for budgeting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong accounting fundamentals with knowledge of general ledger, journal entries and financial reporting.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, including revenue reconciliation and cost control.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah and coordinate with hotel and retail teams.
• Good written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
