Hotel Manager

About the role

As a Hotel Manager you will oversee overall hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and strong financial performance while complying with company policies, brand standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services.
• Monitor service quality, address guest feedback, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold operational standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
• Track financial performance, including revenue, cost control, budgeting, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance to review P&L statements and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead manpower planning, staff scheduling, and productivity management.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Strong commitment to service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements for hotel operations.
• Ability to analyze financial results and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
