Housekeeping Manager – Arabic Speaker (Hospital)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead housekeeping operations within a hospital environment in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing cleanliness, hygiene, and infection‑control standards across patient rooms, clinical areas and public spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily housekeeping activities for the entire hospital.
• Supervise, schedule and support a team of approximately 12 housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and promptly resolve any cleanliness or service issues.
• Ensure compliance with infection‑control, health and safety, and hospital policies.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment inventory and procurement.
• Train staff, monitor attendance, productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with nursing, facilities and other hospital departments.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of hospital hygiene, infection‑control and safety practices.
• Excellent planning, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Available to join immediately and willing to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah.
