Housekeeping Manager – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead environmental services across multiple hospitals in Riyadh. The role will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and patient experience while supporting the opening of new facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑site housekeeping operations, maintaining consistent cleanliness and infection‑prevention standards.
• Manage and develop housekeeping supervisors and staff, including workforce planning, scheduling and performance management.
• Establish and enforce QHSE, healthcare hygiene and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee cleaning protocols, linen services, equipment, supplies and external contractors.
• Conduct inspections, audits and KPI tracking, implementing corrective action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support mobilisation of new hospitals, ensuring housekeeping services are operational from day one.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facility or Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing housekeeping operations in hospitals, large healthcare facilities or comparable hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive operational performance.
