Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor – Saudi National

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to lead the public‑area housekeeping team at Faena Red Sea. The supervisor will ensure that all guest‑facing and back‑of‑house spaces meet the brand’s luxury standards and create a memorable first impression for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance of lobbies, elevators, corridors, restrooms, entrances, driveways, restaurants, spa areas and service elevators.
• Develop and monitor task checklists and cleaning schedules for Public Area Attendants, guaranteeing full coverage and timely completion.
• Prepare high‑traffic zones for guest arrivals, dining periods and events, maintaining impeccable presentation.
• Provide on‑the‑spot coaching, enforce brand standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage proper use, storage and safety of equipment, chemicals and housekeeping tools.
• Coordinate with outsourced service providers for assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 24 months of experience in housekeeping supervision within a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, schedule work and conduct performance coaching.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand‑level cleanliness and safety.
