Culinary Instructor

About the role

The Culinary Instructor will design, deliver and manage training programs for hospitality and food & beverage services, supporting both internal Academy needs and specialized aviation clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain curriculum, lesson plans, recipes, assessments and accreditation documentation.
• Teach theoretical and practical sessions, including lectures, demonstrations and workshops.
• Support specialized training for airport lounges and aviation clients.
• Assist the Director with program logistics, budget planning and SOP development.
• Maintain training databases, performance reports and graduation ceremony planning.
• Provide induction, visitor tours, translation support and coordinate guest lecturers.

Required profile

• Extensive experience teaching hospitality and food & beverage service and management to international standards.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Leadership capability with strategic vision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to create and manage training materials and databases.
