HR Associate – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an HR Associate to support the HR Manager in a business‑partner capacity across recruitment, performance management, training, and compensation & benefits. The role will focus on aligning HR activities with the Saudi Nationalisation program and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with business and management teams while coordinating all HR activities for the group.
• Partner with the recruitment team to source candidates, especially for Saudi Nationalisation targets.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and participate in employee‑relations investigations.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process for non‑managerial staff.
• Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and support projects such as job leveling and salary structure.
• Handle government systems (MOFA, COC attestations, HRDF) for employee documentation and compliance.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 2‑3 years of HR experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment.
• Result‑driven, creative, and assertive.
