About the role
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Lead onboarding and employee integration activities.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Assist with performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Manage off‑boarding and exit procedures.
- Maintain HR records and generate regular reports.
