About the role
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Riyadh team. In this role you will shape the employee experience and support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with local labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Lead onboarding and employee integration activities.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Assist with performance reviews and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Manage off‑boarding and exit processes.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports.
Required profile
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- People‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive attitude toward HR initiatives.
