HR-IT Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the role

A leading healthcare client in Saudi Arabia is looking for an HR-IT Specialist with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. The role supports the administration, configuration and reporting of core HR systems, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and functionality of the SAP SuccessFactors environment while working closely with HR and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Core HR, Recruitment and Learning
• Perform system configurations and maintain HR data accurately
• Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decisions and compliance
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure system integrity
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and vendor support
• Assist in testing new features and upgrades, including end-to-end integration testing
• Support rollouts of enhancements and train HR teams and end users
• Document processes, configurations and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR technology usage

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in report creation, data audits and systems troubleshooting
• Familiarity with system integrations and testing methodologies
• Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors certification, experience with other HRIS platforms or migrations, knowledge of data privacy and security standards in HR systems
