Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to improve organizational effectiveness. This role oversees compliance, talent acquisition, training, performance management and employee engagement across multiple branches.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies, labor laws and Ministry of Health regulations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and performance appraisal cycles within defined timelines.
• Manage employee satisfaction surveys, quality control of HR operations and grievance resolution.
• Support manpower budgeting, payroll data accuracy and organizational development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum seven years of experience in HR or personnel management.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of local labor law and Ministry of Health regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
