HR Manager – Riyadh Clinic

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a reputable clinic in Riyadh. The role involves ensuring full compliance with Saudi labour regulations and supporting the organization’s workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations.
• Manage employment contracts, Saudization (Nitaqat) targets, payroll processing and Wage Protection System adherence.
• Oversee employee records in Qiwa and GOSI, as well as leave and benefits administration.
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
• Develop and enforce internal HR policies, employee handbooks and occupational health and safety standards.
• Conduct recruitment activities aligned with national regulations, including expatriate employment procedures.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling and overall HR reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labour legislation, Saudization, payroll systems and employee record platforms (Qiwa, GOSI).
