HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will support the HR team by maintaining employee records, processing leave documentation, and assisting with basic transactions on Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Ajeer. This entry‑level position is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to start a career in human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update employee information in the ERP system under supervision and maintain accurate digital and physical HR files.
• Collect, verify, and archive vacation, sick‑leave, and other employee forms, notifying the HR Manager of any missing submissions.
• Prepare and distribute HR announcements, welcome new hires, and handle basic HR inquiries.
• Assist with HR transactions on Qiwa, Mudad, Ajeer, and GOSI, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and keeping simple records of submissions.
• Support administrative tasks such as preparing employee letters, assisting with events, training schedules, and audits while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience).
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and Saudi labor law is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
