About the role
MyETC is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support its operations in Dammam and Ras Tanura. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with Saudi government platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and contracts.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Operate and update government HR platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem.
- Handle HR documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
- Experience with attendance, leave management, and contract administration.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
