About the role
We are looking for an HR Officer to lead recruitment, workforce planning and talent development initiatives for Sigma Paints Saudi Arabia. The role will support the company’s strategic goals by building a strong employer brand, attracting top talent and fostering employee growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage and retain qualified candidates, aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify short‑ and long‑term talent requirements, develop workforce plans and support succession planning.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through career fairs, university partnerships and social‑media campaigns.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and support continuous learning.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, talent pipelines and development outcomes.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proficient English language skills.
