About the role
Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join its Training Program in Riyadh. You will support HR operations while gaining exposure to policy development and data management within a leading pharmaceutical company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and entering employee data accurately.
- Maintain and support the development and implementation of new or improved HR policies, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant regulations and effectively support the organization.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Administration.
- Fresh graduate status.
- Not registered in GOSI within the last six months.
