HR Onboarding and Facilities Management Lead

About the role

SIHAMCO is seeking an HR Onboarding and Facilities Management Lead to oversee the complete arrival and integration journey for new employees across its hospitality and entertainment venues in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures legal compliance, smooth relocation, and a welcoming experience from the moment an offer is accepted.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes, including pre‑arrival communication, contract preparation, and personnel file creation.
• Coordinate immigration and compliance tasks such as work visas, Iqama processing, medical examinations, fingerprinting, and government registrations.
• Arrange airport pickups, transportation, and ready‑to‑move accommodation, providing welcome packs and settlement support.
• Deliver engaging orientation sessions, introduce company culture, and schedule departmental inductions and mandatory safety training.
• Maintain accurate HR records, track immigration milestones, and monitor expiry dates for visas and legal documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first weeks, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of experience in HR onboarding, immigration compliance, or facilities management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including Recruitment, Operations, and Facilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking.
