HR Operation Specialist

About the role

We are urgently seeking a HR Operations Specialist with strong hands‑on experience in HR operations and Saudi government platforms. The role will support day‑to‑day employee operations, government transactions, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee‑related transactions.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, off‑boarding, transfers, and visa processes.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employee documentation.
• Process HR transactions through Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and the Labor Office.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Coordinate with employees, management, and government authorities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong experience in HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent professional language skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Qiwa platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Muqeem platform.
• Hands‑on experience with GOSI platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Mudad platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi Labor Office platform.
• Familiarity with other relevant Saudi government HR platforms.
