HR Operation Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is looking for an HR Operation Specialist to manage employee lifecycle transactions and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations. The role will focus on accurate payroll processing, government platform updates, and data integrity for both plant and corporate staff.

Key responsibilities

• Validate attendance, overtime and leave data to ensure accurate monthly payroll for shift and corporate staff.
• Update employee status on Qiwa, Mudad and Muqeem platforms for hires, transfers and terminations within regulatory deadlines.
• Submit monthly GOSI subscription files and verify contribution receipts to maintain continuous social insurance coverage.
• Process new‑hire setup in the HRIS and manage off‑boarding transactions, including asset return and final settlement calculations.
• Maintain digital and physical personnel files, ensuring contracts and legal documents are audit‑ready.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll slips, leave balances and HR policies within defined service levels.
• Generate standard HR reports on headcount, turnover and absenteeism for management review.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring all transactions align with current regulations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage employee lifecycle transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience with payroll processing and Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem).
• Knowledge of GOSI requirements and Saudi labour regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
