HR Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to join our team in Dammam. You will manage end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration and compliance with Saudi labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment and selection, from job postings to offer letters.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits, leave of absence, and attendance records.
• Serve as point of contact for employee‑relations issues, policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in line with local regulations.
• Support performance‑management processes, including reviews and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports for data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations or a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CIPD) is a plus.
