HSE Auditor – Conduct Audits and Ensure Compliance

About the role

The HSE Auditor will lead periodic health, safety and environmental audits across work sites and facilities in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that all operations comply with company policies, OSHA standards and local regulations while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to verify compliance with policies, OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify hazards, unsafe practices and non‑conformities, documenting findings in detailed audit reports.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with observations, recommendations and corrective actions.
• Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure of findings.
• Perform field inspections to assess risk control measures, safe work practices, and the effectiveness of emergency response plans, firefighting equipment and PPE.
• Review Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, Permit‑to‑Work systems and incident records for compliance.
• Audit employees and contractors to confirm adherence to HSE requirements.
• Monitor HSE KPIs, propose improvements and maintain accurate audit records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience performing HSE audits or inspections.
