HSE Supervisor

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will lead health, safety and environmental initiatives for Samaa Technologies in Dammam’s oil & gas operations. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure compliance with local and international regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive HSE policies that meet industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits, document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Lead safety training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and competence among employees.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed safety measures into daily operational processes.
• Monitor incident reports, analyse trends and recommend improvements to reduce accidents.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare and present detailed safety performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in HSE roles within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead teams, conduct investigations and communicate findings effectively.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

• Proficiency with safety management software for inspections, incident tracking and reporting.
