Human Resource Specialist

About the role

The Human Resource Specialist will support the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes for the Shared Services departments. This role also leads HR projects, ensures data integrity, and acts as the primary liaison between Misk Schools and recruitment agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, review and update job descriptions and conduct job evaluations.
• Advertise open positions, screen candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities.
• Manage pre‑employment paperwork, update manpower plans and oversee visa processes for international hires.
• Conduct new‑hire onboarding, deliver orientation programs and maintain the HR data model.
• Participate in HR projects, provide source data for analysis and create recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and act as a point of contact for child welfare matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including mass recruiting and working with local and international agencies.
• Proven experience creating dashboards and analyzing recruitment data.
