Human Resources Manager (F&B)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for a fast‑growing Food & Beverage organization in Riyadh. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for all F&B positions.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling grievances and employee relations.
• Promote a positive work environment by reinforcing company values.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefits programmes.
• Create and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR executive.
• Background in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or a similarly fast‑paced industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is highly desirable.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
