Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR strategy in Riyadh. The role will drive people initiatives that support business growth and enhance organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes and workforce planning.
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and relevant regulations.
• Manage performance systems, succession planning, and talent development programmes.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance to department managers and handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Monitor HR KPIs and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
• Lead organisational development, change management, and HR budget optimisation.
• Develop and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
