Human Resources Manager – Red Sea International Airport

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team of the Red Sea International Airport project to build a high‑performing, engaged workforce. Acting as the trusted HR business partner, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and daa International policies, and support operational excellence across the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end HR services for the airport project, from recruitment and onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to airport leaders and people managers, providing strategic and operational advice.
• Advise on employee‑relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with Saudi legislation.
• Develop a deep understanding of airport operations to identify people‑related risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to KSA HR initiatives, continuous improvement programmes and the development of best practices across the organisation.
• Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting in compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Significant experience as an HR manager or senior HR business partner, preferably in large‑scale or airport environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and ability to apply it to complex employee‑relations issues.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and frontline staff.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
