Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to support daily HR operations. The role focuses on delivering an excellent employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and job offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Administer attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Payroll to guarantee accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Handle employee medical insurance enrollments, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR‑related support.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms such as ZenHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
