Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Specialist will manage day‑to‑day HR activities, ensuring that employee records, payroll inputs, and HR transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with Saudi labour regulations. You will act as a bridge between HR, government platforms, and other departments to keep HR workflows smooth and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operational tasks and maintain smooth workflow across all HR processes.
• Manage and safeguard employee records and HR systems with high confidentiality.
• Handle HR transactions on government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, and Ajeer.
• Process onboarding, offboarding, and contract updates in line with labour regulations.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Prepare regular operational reports covering attendance, headcount, and turnover.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems and platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows and system efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR operational processes.
• Hands‑on experience or familiarity with Saudi government HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, Ajeer).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
