About the role

Tadawi Medical Group is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support its growing team in Abha, ‘Asir. The role focuses on managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding of new staff.
• Support employee relations, performance management and grievance handling.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration and HR reporting using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Professional HR or Microsoft Office certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
