Human Resources Specialist

About the role
The Human Resources Specialist supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labour law. The role contributes to accurate record‑keeping and helps drive organisational objectives through effective HR service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to offer, and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries, support engagement initiatives, and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Labour Law, manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures, and liaise with government platforms when required.
- Support performance appraisal processes, track review schedules, and aid managers in employee development activities.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands‑on experience working in Saudi Arabia with solid knowledge of local labour regulations.
