Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle for a fast‑growing organization in Riyadh. You will act as a key partner to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate payroll processing, and strict compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, contract renewals, exits and maintain up‑to‑date employee files.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
• Prepare and archive HR documentation and support payroll inputs, attendance and leave tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
• Interact with government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and Absher for registrations and reporting.
• Assist in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and HR reporting.
• Provide data analysis for HR metrics and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within contracting or construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Hands‑on experience with Qiwa.
• Hands‑on experience with GOSI.
• Hands‑on experience with Muqeem.
• Hands‑on experience with Absher.
