Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government‑related processes while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily employee affairs including contracts, renewals, job changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Process HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem.
• Coordinate issuance and renewal of work permits, residency permits (Iqama), and visas.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll data and collaborate with Finance on payroll, benefits, deductions, and settlements.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and generate related reports.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management.
• Represent the company before government authorities for official transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Jisr HR System.
• Experience with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem platforms.
