About the role

The Human Resources Specialist drives the company’s strategic vision by designing and executing advanced HR initiatives. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and partner with hiring managers on workforce needs.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring candidate fit with organizational culture.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to improve new‑hire experience and retention.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
• Design and deliver training workshops for professional development across employee groups.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and support disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics for compliance and analytical reporting.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Proven ability to design HR programs aligned with business objectives.
• In‑depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience delivering training and development programs.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
