HVAC Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead delivery of HVAC systems for new construction and energy‑efficiency projects across Saudi Arabia. The role covers the full project lifecycle from design review through procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over, ensuring quality, safety, budget and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HVAC project execution from kickoff to final hand‑over.
• Manage construction activities, subcontractors and on‑site coordination.
• Review and approve HVAC designs, shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, material planning and logistics.
• Direct testing, commissioning and project close‑out activities.
• Deliver energy‑efficiency and retrofit projects complying with Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA and project specifications.
• Monitor project cost, quality, schedule and HSE performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC/MEP experience, with at least 4 years in a Project Manager or senior construction management role.
• Proven experience in new‑construction and retrofit projects.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, chilled‑water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, BMS and VFDs.
• PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers registration are preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
