IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Consultant

About the role

The IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Consultant will design, implement and support IBM IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management for enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support IBM IAM solutions using ISIM and IGI.
• Manage the full identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de‑provisioning and role management.
• Configure and maintain Single Sign‑On, Multi‑Factor Authentication and federation services.
• Implement identity governance processes such as access certifications and Segregation of Duties.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, databases, HR systems and cloud environments.
• Develop and customise workflows, provisioning policies, connectors and adapters to automate identity management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience with IBM IAM solutions.
• End‑to‑end implementation experience with ISIM and IGI.
• Hands‑on experience integrating enterprise applications and directories.
• Experience with SSO, federation and MFA implementations.
• Proven ability to design workflows and governance policies.
