Implementation Engineer / Senior Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer (or Senior Implementation Engineer) to join our team and lead the delivery of software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project managers, developers and customers to ensure successful deployments that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define scope, timelines and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, conduct risk assessments and prepare software/hardware environments.
• Install, configure and customize software solutions according to client specifications.
• Integrate the solution with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Perform functional, performance and security testing, and resolve any technical issues.
• Provide training, user guides and documentation to facilitate client onboarding.
• Offer ongoing technical support during and after deployment.
• Communicate progress and updates regularly with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software development and integration concepts.
• Ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
