IT Assistant Manager – KSA Cluster 2 Lounges

About the role

The IT Assistant Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end IT function for the KSA Cluster 2 lounges, ensuring reliable technology services for guests and staff. This role combines project management, operational support, and strategic alignment with HQ IT and local vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations across all lounge locations, including hardware, network, and software support.
• Lead IT projects for new outlet openings and B2B partnership initiatives, coordinating with HQ IT, business partners, and vendors.
• Maintain operational availability and stability of systems such as file servers, data backup, databases, POS terminals, CCTV, internet, PA system, WAN and VPN connections.
• Ensure SLA compliance, timely problem resolution, and high‑quality customer service.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and maintain beneficial relationships.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for equipment, software licenses, and networking assets.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to end users and perform ad‑hoc IT duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT services and project‑management experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid Iqama with transfer eligibility preferred.

• Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• TCP/IP networking, basic firewall configuration, VPN, WAN/LAN network security.
• Hardware installation and maintenance.
• Server administration (file servers, database servers, backup systems).
• POS systems, CCTV, PA system, and internet connectivity management.
